Telehealth – Virtual Visits

A Fast, Convenient Way to Connect with Our Expert Physicians Virtual Visits allow you to connect with your provider from the comfort, convenience, and safety of your own home. Your Faith Primary Care clinicians will offer you the same high level of expert, compassionate care that you expect in an office visit.

To schedule a Virtual Visit, please call your provider’s office. Or get connected with a Faith Primary Care Plus provider by calling +1 828-430-9120. Appointments can be scheduled during normal business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

For a Virtual Visit, you’ll need:

• A scheduled appointment
• An iOS or Android mobile device (smartphone or tablet) or a desktop/laptop with a camera and microphone
• The Zoom app downloaded on your device
